Air-fried soy sriracha chicken drumsticks are your new go-to recipe! Quick, easy, and perfect for weeknight dinners, this dish is great with rice and your favorite vegetables! 🍽️

  • 3 pieces (20oz) chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 2-4 tbsp (to taste) sriracha
  • 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine lite soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken drumsticks and mix until fully coated.
  4. Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. After 25 minutes, increase the temperature to 375°F (190°C) and cook for an additional 5–10 minutes to achieve that irresistible crispiness.
  6. Serve with rice and your vegetables of choice
