Ingredients:
- 3 pieces (20oz) chicken drumsticks
- 2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 2-4 tbsp (to taste) sriracha
- 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Here’s how to make it:
- Wash the chicken drumsticks and pat them dry. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine lite soy sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken drumsticks and mix until fully coated.
- Place the drumsticks in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- After 25 minutes, increase the temperature to 375°F (190°C) and cook for an additional 5–10 minutes to achieve that irresistible crispiness.
