Here’s how to make it:
- Prep the chicken: Wash chicken and cut into smaller pieces. In a bowl, add the chicken, egg white, cornstarch, flour, water, and salt and pepper and mix until well combined.

- Make the sauce: In a smaller bowl, add the minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, brown sugar, and sesame oil.

- Fry until crispy: Heat oil in a deep skillet or pot on medium heat. Working in batches, fry the chicken until they are brown and crispy, about 6-10 minutes per side. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate. I like to double fry chicken, so once everything is cooked, fry again for an additional 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.

- Cook the broccoli: In a safe dish, microwave the broccoli for 2-3 minutes.
- Combine the chicken, broccoli, and sauce: In a skillet over low heat, add the fried chicken and broccoli. Add the sauce and stir until well coated. Let simmer for 5 minutes to thicken.

Serve immediately with rice and enjoy!
