Made with high-protein cheese, crispy sourdough, and toppings, it’s a yummy way to satisfy your pizza cravings.   • 126g or 2-3 slices sourdough bread 
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 90g or 3/4 cup shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp bacon bits
  • ½ small onion, sliced (30g)
  • ½ bell pepper, sliced (60g)
  • Parsley (optional)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional) 
  • Calories: ~740
  • Protein: ~44g
  • Carbs: ~77g
  • Fat: ~30g
  1. Prep Your Oven: Preheat oven or air fryer to 350°F (190°C).
  2. Prep Bread: Place the sourdough slices on a baking sheet and spread pizza sauce evenly over the bread.
  3. Add Your Toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Add pepperoni, bacon bits, onions, and bell pepper. If you want,  top with a bit of parsley and red pepper flakes!
  4. Bake: Bake for 8-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the sourdough is lightly brown and toasted at the bottom.
