Meatballs and gravyβ€”but make it high protein! This meal is cozy, packed with flavor, and made with lean ground beef for a little extra protein. Serve it with mashed potatoes or rice and you’ve got a go-to weeknight dinner that’s super easy and satisfying! 🍽️

  1. Make the meatballs: In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic, soy sauce, egg, breadcrumbs, mustard, diced onion, and seasonings. Form into small meatballs.
  1. Brown the meatballs: Heat a skillet on medium-high. Add meatballs and brown on all sides and then remove β€”don’t worry about cooking them all the way through just yet.

  1. Make the gravy: In the same pan, reduce heat to medium. Add butter and sliced onion. Cook until softened. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Slowly pour in the broth and milk, whisking to smooth out lumps. Add Worcestershire sauce and pepper.

  1. Combine & cook: Add the meatballs back in and simmer for 10–12 minutes until cooked through and the gravy is thickened.

  1. Serve & enjoy: Serve it over mashed potatoes or rice and enjoy!
