This grilled chicken gyro bowl is one of my go-to meals when I want something flavorful, filling, and still balanced. It’s got juicy grilled chicken, crispy fries (or roasted potatoes if you prefer), fresh veggies, and creamy tzatziki sauce that ties it all together. Plus, it’s super easy to throw together on a weeknight or meal prep for lunch the next day! 🍽️

- Slice the onion: Thinly slice red onion. Use as much as you like!

- Cook the chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until done, chopping it up as it cooks.

- Cook the broccoli: Sauté broccoli with a little garlic and lemon juice (optional) in a skillet until tender.

- Crisp potatoes or fries: Toss fries or potatoes in the oven or air fryer until golden and crispy.
- Assemble your bowl: Add lettuce to a bowl and layer on the chicken, broccoli, fries, onions, feta, and a dollop of tzatziki.
