- 2 large eggs

- Β½ tbsp imitation vanilla extract
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour

Hereβs how to make it:
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray or line with parchment paper
- Mash the bananas: In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
- Mix the wet ingredients: Stir in the eggs, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined.



- Add the dry ingredients: Add the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder to the wet mixture. Gently fold until just combined β donβt overmix!
- Add the chocolate chips (if using) and fold into the batter.
