- 12 oz beef angus stew meat
- 1tbsp unseasoned meat tenderizer (or skip if you have a leaner cut of steak)

- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 onion

- 2 tbsp lite soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tbsp sugar

Here’s how to make it:
