For the steak:

  • 12 oz beef angus stew meat
  • 1tbsp unseasoned meat tenderizer (or skip if you have a leaner cut of steak)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 onion

For the sauce:

  1.  Prep the beef: Rinse the beef and pat dry. Lightly season with salt, pepper, and meat tenderizer if using.
  2. Chop the veggies: Slice the red and green peppers and the onion. Set aside.
  1. Make the sauce: In a small bowl, mix lite soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, water, and sugar.
  2. Cook the beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray with nonstick spray. Add the beef and cook until halfway done.
  3. Add veggies: Toss in the sliced peppers and onions. Sauté everything until tender.
  1. Finish with sauce: Pour in the sauce and stir. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes to absorb the flavor.

Serve with rice or noodles and enjoy!
